ZAI - Greek Mountain Tea - Paper Pack

Preparation:
For a cup of ZAÏ you need approx 1,5 gr. of tea in an infuser or tea filter. This is about a pinch that fits on a teaspoon.

Because our tea is cut into larger chunks, you can also put it directly into the cup.

Pour 250 ml boiling water and let the tea steep for approx. 5-10 mins.

With a little honey you can add some light, natural sweetness.

If you let the tea steep for about 5 minutes, you can prepare a second, slightly less intense cup with the same tea leaves.
